Role Profile
Think Pipeline is seeking a professional and hardworking Sales Administrator to join our team in the Woking office. The role is due to company growth as we are expanding rapidly so there will be plenty of opportunity to progress within the business long term.
Key Tasks:
- Support sales team with daily admin tasks
- Create and maintain a clean and updated CRM database & manage Google Sheets
- Updating and processing data onto the database adhering to time sensitivity
- Maintain and enhance existing database
- Daily data audits
- Analyse and identify specific data
- Research using LinkedIn, Lusha and other research online tools
- Meet and exceed activity targets
- Take ownership and be proactive with key areas of responsibilities
- Some phone work
Key Experience:
- Experience working in a similar role
- Experience working within a lively, and busy office environment
